Anytime I need a service I always read the reviews. This review is how I am so happy I found Dr Randall. I have always been very active...in work and riding horses. It finally came down to the day I knew I couldn't ride anymore. I was in tears of pain just trying to get on my horse and was only able to stay on for about 5 mins. I figured that was my last ride. But then Dr Randall replaced my hip in February. I have since been very active working and I have been able to ride my horse again. We can gallop with ease. I feel so good it is hard to think of the time I couldn't hardly walk up a tiny tiny hill. She is the best. I researched her before i ever made an appointment. I have a lot of friends that have had knees and hips done. So I would ask them. Who did your surgery?...Dr Randall's name came up 95 percent of the time. Then I would ask : were you pleased with it and how are you doing now? A positive answer every single time. I highly recommend her. Her assistant Derek is very helpful and informative. Glad I had them both.

I broke my left knee patella after a freak slip and fall. Dr. Randall was able to see me within a week and performed a reconstruction on it soon after. Dr Randall, her team, staff, and the Tempe Hospital, treated me with the upmost compassion. I will highly recommend everyone listed. I never felt rushed, never uncomfortable, and always welcomed. Dr. Randall took her time as well as her team. The hospital staff at the time of pre-screening were fun and helped me relax in order to prepare for surgery. I wish I could name every individual, but I didn't. I was nervous and didn't write names down. once I made it to recovery, a gentleman, maybe his name is Lucas? He stayed with me and cared for me, explained everything in detail, and I walked out pain-free! He was so kind. I traveled from the east coast just to have this team put me together again.
